Rethinking your investment strategy
According to the Weekend AFR (24-25 July 2010), if investors had allocated $100,000 into the local share market in early 1992 it would have been worth $704,000 when the market hit a record high in November 2007. Following the GFC, the original investment had fallen to $518,000.
